This Returns Policy applies only
where Thoroughbred Advertising is the seller of relevant goods.
It does not apply where the seller/supplier is a third party.
In such circumstances the rights of a buyer will be determined
by the terms of the contract with the seller and/or will be
such as arise by operation of law.
Our 21 day returns guarantee
We offer a 21 day returns guarantee. This means that
if, for any reason, you are unhappy with a purchase from Thoroughbred
Advertising, you can return it to us in its original condition
within 21 days of the date you received the item, unopened
(with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue
a full refund for the purchase price you paid for the item.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are
faulty.
We re-emphasise that if you are the buyer of goods through
the website but where Thoroughbred Advertising is not the
seller, this policy does NOT apply and there may be no equivalent
returns policy.
Refunds Policy
Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory
rights.
When you send your items back to us, we will process the returned
item then notify you via email of your refund. You can expect
a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase
within three weeks of our receiving your return.
Your Statutory Rights
By law, customers in the European Union have a right
to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working
days of the day after the date when the items was delivered.
This applies to all products in except for digital items where
the item has been downloaded by the buyer. To cancel your
